How does anyone other than the swimmer know that this might be a swimsuit malfunction? How does any viewer know that this swimmer is not adjusting his swimsuit deliberately to appear so?
For decades, many Aussie men have adjusted their briefs in this manner so as to have more of their body become tanned. Especially Aussie lifeguards will adjust their briefs like this so as to reduce friction from their briefs as they row the lifeboats to rescue swimmers.
Plus, it looks great. I wish that all men across the planet would be socially licensed to wear briefs this way. I wish that each man on the planet had his body no less fit than this swimmer's body.
